I only need the part where the Chat Box used to be...

Also try these two things:
1- If you can see the Chatbox bar, then on the right side there should be a small arrow pointing up or down. Try clicking it (a down arrow means your chat box is minimized)
2- Under the Forum tab, please click on ChatBox Full and see if you get the full chat box.

Just for your info that we haven't change anything in the configuration nor your user id ... so we have no idea what is changed from your side

if the problem remain you can create a new account and we can merge them or rename it too
