Same class would be Pathfinder, but with manual transmission, if you can get one in these days. If not, look for Nissan Xterra

Yeah, I know, the engine should be the same, however I saw driving in the desert Pathfinder with AT, mine is MT and these are two different worlds :)

anyways i bought a good brand iCom it has UHF and VHF and a good radio range
thanks again
and see you at the trip
oh ya my expectations are to learn more about desert driving and how to deal with the dunes like when to turn and how to know if there was drop after we drive up the dune.
