Dear Members

I have a great news for you . it has is been approved unanimously by the club committee to upgrade Caprihorse to CHIEF MARSHAL. Mr. Silvester might not be one of the pioneer people in our club but in the last two years he never spare any effort to help and support in all aspects.

We are happy to have you in our family and hope that the other Marshals/Explorers could learn more from you.
