I just had my Borla Muffler swapped for a stock silent muffler ..... i would say that the noise is reduced by 50% .... but its a jeep .... its still noisy .... its just the way it is

do we really need to remove the K&N filters???

Yesterday was a sad day for me and my car,,, I had to remove the K&N filter and fix the stock filter box back, and I also had to remove the throttle body spacer and as a result I lost the nice whistling sound. Then I went to a shop in the industrial area and added another muffler to my exhaust system to reduce the noise. Apart from the lift kit and the roof rack, my ride is just about stock...

What is really annoying me is that I live directly opposite to the Sharjah Traffic Police headquarters..I have no space for chances, nor do I want to take any with the law.

its been confirmed that no action will be taken if ur car was on recovery and loaded directly to the sand in al badayer and Nazwa areas but, i guess since the new rules are still not clear for everyone and for them also, expect any action from them..

i hope nothing will happened and we'll have a nice trip

My XJ has been silenced with a stock muffler .... but without a cat converter ....

K&N air filter removed .... stock airbox filter installed

Funny thing was when i went to the scrap yard ... the guy said that i was probably the 6th guy to pass by and get the stock airbox filter .....
